Hmm, had your heart stop beating before?

Had been encountering skip beating of my heart, double beats and even triple beats yesterday. This kind of skip beating of my heart had not been coming to me for quite a few months. And now, everyth is back.

Whenever I encounter this, I would ask myself, "Had I eaten any chicken meat today?" And whenever I asked myself this, without any thoughts, I would say "No". But, yesterday I asked myself, my answer was "I think I did". Then, I recalled back, and "Ohhh, chicken nuggets from Bongo". Then I told myself, "Serve me right!"

I knew I shouldn't eat any chicken meat any now and then. Yet, I did eat. Doctor told me not to eat if not my heart will go haywire. But still, I ignore.

Alright, seriously, serve me right!

Well, I did -- often. I just encountered it yesterday. Well, its actually nothing. Just that after everyth is back to normal, you got to breathe in real hard as your brain is lacked of oxygen at the moment of time.
